Joel Barber is a worship pastor, songwriter, and founder of Chroma Worship at Chroma Church, Leicester. Born in Southend on Sea to church-planting parents Steve and Juliet Barber, he grew up immersed in worship and began leading from a young age, carrying a lifelong devotion to the Holy Spirit. At 20, he became Worship Pastor at Chroma, where he now serves on the senior leadership team, building teams and raising up a generation of worshippers. With a deep love for the local church, Joel is passionate about cultivating both joyful, high praise and intimate, Spirit-led worship. His heart is simple, to know God in the secret place and to lead others into His presence with purity, hunger, and expectation.
